Excellent facilities, the storage facilities were all ground level and clean and secure. Excellent customer service, the people I spoke to were always friendly and very helpful. One slight problem was the lack of road side room to leave your vehicle while you put in the entrance code but that wouldn’t stop me using this storage facility again.

I had a very good experience with the UK Storage Company. The team answered all my questions and guided me through the process including what size of unit I would need. The website was easy to use and update my access needs. The facility itself was clean and accessible (all one one level, got the van within a few meters of the unit). Checking in and out was simple and convenient. I also found the staff to be friendly, professional, and helpful. They made me feel safe and secure during a stressful house move!

Superb experience all round. We were apprehensive at first about an unmanned site of unenclosed units but had absolutely no problems at all. The site is well maintained and protected by security. Staff easy to reach by phone and always friendly, helpful and knowledgable. This is a business with well thought out systems. Moving from one unit to a bigger one was effortless, just a quick phone call and we were able to move our stuff there and then. A great service. I would recommend this to anyone looking for hassle-free well-priced storage.

The metal gate is a wonder to behold as it slowly cranks backwards with a clank clank clank. Storage units are cosy and secure. The lock provided is adequate. There is a ramp that if you have a low vehicle it might be difficult to get up for some units. If you drive quick enough up it, you may also be able to escape by leaping the fence. Could do with some guard dogs or hounds of some sort, but that's rare these days. Things aren't like they used to be.
