I have found the staff at UK Storage to always be helpful, understanding and with a can do attitude. The units themselves and the public places are always clean and trolleys in good working order. The only thing I would say is that I think the signs for other people to shut the lift doors should be more prominent as we on a few occasions had to run up and down the stairs to get the lift to the floor we need.

Excellent storage accommodation I hired one of the larger units to facilitate my house move. Access in and out of the Yeovil facility was easy and secure. The trolleys provided were of good capacity and the lift was roomy, quick and efficient. Contact with the staff was simple and they were always most courteous and helpful. All in all an experience I would repeat should the need arise.

SAFE, SECURE AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE. We rented a unit for several months while waiting to move house. Access was easy via a keypad and each unit has your own lock and key (cost included in your first payment). Everything felt dry and secure, which meant we did not worry while it was stored. We could access the unit every day, with a small fee to access for longer each day. The staff were really helpful on helping us choose a unit. We would definitely use them again, but might be nice to able to choose a unit online to suit your needs in future.

What a fabulous facility!! We were referred to UK Storage Company by our Son who had just started to use their base In Yeovil. From the initial telephone enquiry as to pricing & availability I encountered polite, informative and friendly staff via telephone & email. The instructions as to how to access the facility & individual unit were easy to follow and what's more were exact! The unit was exceptionally clean and tidy, lighting was fabulous throughout. On vacating the unit you are once more provided with clear instructions & reminded to take the lock & keys with you. I would have no hesitation in returning to UK Storage Company should I require storage in future.

UK STORAGE COMPANY YEOVIL. Uk Storage Company in Yeovil made our move so much easier. They held the unit for us for a few weeks until we were in a position to use it and then emailed straight away with the necessary codes etc to enable us to start moving things in. When we'd finished with the unit I simply went online and gave notice. It was hassle free and no problem at all.

I'm returning to the UK to live after living in France for 23 years.I booked a unit OCT/Nov 2020, but due to lock downs, a minor illness was unable to take up the unit. We rented a unit for a period spanning Dec 2020 to Sept 2021. The premises are clean and tidy. Trolleys just inside the door. Goods lift if you are on upper floor. We were on 1st floor. The lighting comes on, as you walk around -motion detectors i guess. Plenty of accessibility, we never needed the out of hours service. All our goods were kept safe and dry. Thank you to UK storage customer service for their help answering my emails and supplying necessary invoices for the removal company to show French customs. Would recommend based on my experience.

I was very impressed with the service provided. I was helped through the process and was very confident that my goods were well protected with the security measures inside and outside. It was only for a short period of time I needed storage for miscellaneous items, but the discount during the first month was very helpful to me. The normal monthly cost was also very reasonable. The company listened to my personal circumstances and took 'on board' and was very fair to me. I would have no hesitation in either using the company again (with my saved key), or in recommending them to anyone who needed to use a storage facility.

Renting a storage facility couldn't have been easier. These guys made the whole experience from enquiry to checking out so smooth. I'd just graduated from uni and was moving across the country and needed to store things for a couple of months. We used the UK Storage Companies facility in Yeovil for storing household items between house moves. The facility was always clean, bright and dry and we never had any problems getting in or out with our storage.
