WELL MAINTAINED STORAGE FACILITY, GREAT SERVICE AND VALUE FOR MONEY. I've been using UK Storage in Worcester for nearly 6 months now and have found the experience a pleasure. Their staff are professional, friendly and accommodating, and the building is cleanand tidy, and very secure. Access to the car park is in my opinion far easier that some of the other local storage companies. I did visit some of the other companies and found their buildings more 'shed' like. More work has gone into this building to make the rooms more decent. I compared the prices of local storage companies including discounts etc. and found UK Storage to be good value for money.

Very efficient process to book and check in. Customer service was excellent. The unit is new so it's very clean, tidy and well lit. The lift worked and there are several trolleys available at the entrance for moving stuff around. It's not particularly busy but there has always been someone around when I've visited.

I think the Worcester branch is fairly new on the self storage scene but, I cannot fault it for cleanliness, security, ease of use or the professionalism of their staff. I always felt looked after by professional, polite people. So many of these places can be just a numbers exercise for the staff but Chelsea and her colleagues made the extra effort to make me feel as if my belongings were as important as their own. I used U.K. Storage Co. for roughly a year and it was always a pleasure when I needed to speak to any of the staff. During the time that I used the storage I had to change my unit to accommodate additional items - as easy as a quick phone call. Giving notice was another quick call and a confirmation once I had vacated the unit allowed the staff to process a refund for the unused portion of the month and this was back in my bank account in just days. External vehicle access gate can be closed and secured behind you, should you be alone out of hours. Service Team always contactable by phone if you have queries. Really Happy!

The team at UK storage Worcester were really easy to deal with when I first looked at using the facilities. Although it's not staffed by anyone physically, communication is great via phone or emails. I looked over a variety of available units simply by following the instructions given over the phone. Security is excellent with 24/7 video and regular physical checkups by a security company. Access is available 24 hours a day.... although I've yet to use the facilities past 9:30 pm Overall, highly recommended..

This is a really good short term storage solution. Always easy access and never too busy that you’re fighting for the lift. I’ve often been there on my own but never felt vulnerable - there is lots of cctv etc. It always felt a dry and secure location for my needs.
