Great secure facility and excellent customer service. When I started to move my goods into the unit and suddenly realised I needed more space. After 1 quick phone call to customer support they located me a larger unit with no problem at all. The large lifts and numerous flatbed trollies made it very easy to move my goods in and out of the facility. The 24hr access made things very easy to come and go at a time that suited me.

Was super efficient, customer services were really helpful when I rang up with questions, and the storage centre itself is very clean and feels secure. When I was looking this was one of the cheaper places to rent storage, so definitely value for money.

Very helpful staff to assist when booking. Extremely secure site with a personal code to get through the electric gate then into the building itself. Large lift with ample trolleys to move items. Will be looking to use again at the end of the next university year.

Outstanding !!! UK Storage Company have been a complete Godsend to me. The storage facilities on offer are fantastic, clean, bright and accessible 24/7. I also felt at ease in speaking to the staff as they were empathetic and helpful. The company just keeps giving.... And I also got 3 months at 1/2 price - what a bargain!! As soon as I picked up the phone, I was put at ease as I dealt with knowledgeable, professional and patient telephone staff. I once also misplaced my key but a phone call to UK Storage provided me with access to my container with no hassle!

We used UK storage Leeds when we were moving house and this was the first time we'd ever used a storage facility. The whole process from booking a room through access and using the storage to closing our account at the end was really easy. The storage facility itself is really clean and well kept. You are able to park right by the door and there are trolleys available to use to move your stuff to your room. There is CCTV and door codes throughout together with your own lock on your room so we always felt our stuff was safe. On the occasions when I phoned the office the people that I spoke to were really helpful and friendly. We were actually quite sad to be leaving in the end! We would definitely recommend and would use this storage again; the quality of the storage, the ease of use and the service you get is excellent.

Great service, great storage, great price. I used UK Storage for a month during a house move. The price was hard to beat. The facility at Leeds was very clean. It was easy to wheel the provided trolleys about and security appeared to good with lots of cctv and coded access arrangements. The staff were so helpful and nothing appeared to be too much trouble. I’d certainly use them again.

Any issues I had were resolved so quickly, they offered the best space for your money and the fact I could add on 24 hour access at any time was amazing. Thank you so much for allowing me to use the space until I managed to get a new house. My stuff was looked after and the amount of space in the lifts and on the trolleys is amazing. MY EXPERIENCE OF CHOOSING UK STORAGE WAS A GOOD DECISION ALL ROUND. EVERYTHING WORKED, JUST AS PROMISED. I made the right decision in choosing UK Storage. Between houses I needed somewhere for all my accumulated stuff. I looked at several different storage units and was impressed by the response to my phone call to UK storage. Looking round the unit I was similarly impressed with the cleanliness and each time I visited it was the same.
