Everyone should think about using UK Storage for daily situations. An absolute boom whilst we had decorators in the house. STORAGE EXPERIENCE. Customer service very polite and were always able to answer any questions. Ample parking in a secure car park. Good lighting, very clean, excellent choice of unit sizes on various floors with use of trollies and good size lift.. The building is very clean , very well lit and with easy access to a large Carpark and secure keypad access to the Building. The fees are very competitive and for a small additional cost you can have 24 hour access , which I have opted for . There are toilet facilities within the building too. The staff at the HQ office are without exception friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. They provide excellent customer service. UK Dtirage also offer a discount for a period of time when you first rent a unit. 5 Star service all round. Clean and tidy facility and individual unit. Usual access is office hours, but you can make arrangements for any time 24/7 with a phone call. Cctv everywhere so you and your gear are safe. While the units didn't feel heated, the temperature is fairly constant, so no indication of any extreme temperature fluctuations or damp. Gated carpark and electronic gate and door lock so very secure. Highly recommended

This is a fantastic company and if you need your precious items stored in a spotless, easy access facility at very reasonable rates then the UKstorage company is the place. I found the online booking easy and the room guides super useful for helping me choose the right size. The team are so helpful and friendly and even directed me to on site WC over the phone. The trolleys are all in tip top condition so I was easily able to load and unload myself and I’m barely over 5ft. Not a single negative to say about this company. Thanks everyone.

The stress of moving house was reduced by moving a lot of my belongings into storage for a short while, so that I could move out of my old home and into my new home over a few weeks at an easier pace. The staff on the end of the phone were very polite and helpful. They told me that I could upgrade the size of the storage if I found I needed more when I started to load my things in. The site was easily accessible by pin code at whatever time of day I needed to call. The storage units are clean and easily accessible, with trollies just inside the entrance for ease of moving items into the storage units. Often I was the only person accessing the units but when others were there, we didn't get in each other's way. I would certainly consider renting a storage unit from them again, should I need this type of temporary storage space.

THE ONLY WAY TO STORE IS UK STORAGE... As soon as you tell anyone you have got a storage unit ,they tell you where you can rent a storage container in a field for £25.00 a month run by some bloke! The question you have to ask yourself is how valuable are your valuables? UK storage is affordable secure and you don't have to worry about anything they have cctv to protect the compound. if you pay a bit extra you can access your unit 24/7. Don't take a chance with everything you have worked for because you can save a few pounds.

Very easy to book a storage room , details of how to enter and use etc was clear to understand and your own code supplied on time. Storage clean and lock left ready for use . Had a problem with code not working but rectified straight away , technology it happens! One of the buttons on keypad was playing up and that was sorted and I was thanked for informing them. Very happy with the service I had ,even though I didn't see anyone, any problems I had or queries were not a problem. Before I booked they even said I could go round and look at some of their storage rooms , very helpful if your not sure what you need.
