Great storage facility, open convenient hours and always spotlessly clean. Admin are excellent, I have never had any issues and I have held four different units over an 18 month period. It’s a pity the first cost offer has to end after 8 weeks but that is my only minus point.

Thanks to UK Storage Company Chard for a very secure unit for my belongings for the past 3 months. The whole process was easy from the first phone call to the final email. Everyone that I spoke to were all friendly, helpful and very professional. Everything was explained in detail, very good secured entrance, lighting and excellent units. Knowing it only took a phone call with any problems night or day was very reassuring (not that i had any problems) I Would not hesitate in using again if ever needed. The price was acceptable too after knowing how safe my belongings were, and a nice 8 week special price too!! Thanks again, super job.

Had a storage unit here for 18 months and have been extremely happy with the service and facilities provided. All our stored property has been kept in excellent condition and damp free. I would have awarded 5 stars if the access hours were more extensive however this is an issue emulating from an over zealous planning constraint and not UK Storage. Highly recommended.

I would say the huge positive for us was to be able to place and store our items at UK Storage Chard and forget about them, being safe and secure, in the midst of a very difficult and complicated house move, the dates and timings of which were by no means certain.  My whole experience with UK Storage can be summed up as one of feeling there were a solid, reliable and friendly organisation, and as said, in the middle of a lot of stress and uncertainty that was very much appreciated.

This is a brilliant storage facility and I was recommended to use it by my brother who used it a couple of years ago and was very impressed. It is so convenient with all storage units on the level, so no lifts or stairs to navigate and you can drive your vehicle right up to the unit and unload etc. Everywhere is kept immaculately and it is a real joy to use with great access via a key code for the front gates and never seems to be crowded or too busy. Staff that I spoke to were all very friendly and so helpful. I really can't praise it highly enough and will certainly use it again.

When we moved house recently we needed to store a large number of items whilst working on our new property,we are so glad we found uk storage in Chard,nothing was too much trouble for them,we changed the date we needed the unit & extended the hire period all with ease. The units are very secure/clean/easy to access & they have different size units to suit everybody. If we need to store items again we will use uk storage.

When first phoning to enquire the people I spoke to were extremely helpful as I had no idea what I really required. They were very professional and really knew the services UK Storage could offer. They explained what would be the best service for my requirements and didn't try to fob me off with more expensive storage. I have to say they were spot on with the size etc. The site was easy to access for customers but I would say not so easy for anyone who shouldn't be there. Security was excellent and I lost no sleep worrying wether my valued possessions would be safe. Cleanliness of the site and units was second to none absolutely spotless. Would highly recommend UK Storage for great value for money, security, cleanliness but mostly for the excellent customer service they offer.

I have never used a self store facility before, but after my experience with UK Storage Company, I would use their facilities again. I found the staff friendly, polite and helpful at every turn. I really got the impression that the service they could give meant more to this small company, than just making money, and keeping their units "working". Their terms and conditions seemed to me to be more than fair, and were really stacked in the customers favour anyway, add to that a willingness to be flexible and accommodate the clients needs if at all possible, and it strikes me you have a formula for success. Your reputation should grow as satisfied customers pass on their recommendations.

Clean, tidy, efficient, friendly. Easy to find, access is excellent, good lighting, mid town venue (No dark pothole lanes and difficult to find), very modern facility. I visited several times with goods to store and retrieve goods and found it very easy indeed, including when it is getting dark. It was very busy at times but there is sufficient room for everybody to work.
