THE ULTIMATE STORAGE FACILITY Very professional from the outset to the finish when I no longer needed the storage facility. Without exception the staff were extremely helpful in guiding me through the set up and the operation of the facility. Giving notice was easy and I had a refund within days for what I was due rental wise. Excellent Team.

I have used numerous of storage companies of the years and I have to say that the experience from start to finish with UK Storage Company was outstanding! It started with an initial phone call, where all my questions were answered and within moments I had access to my unit. The customer service is outstanding from start to finish, even when you no longer need their services, which says a lot. The building is clean and light and you have everything you need. Next time I need storage I will definitely be using UK Storage Company.

GREAT SERVICE AND EASY TO USE. This was my first time using a storage unit. The website was easy to use, to work out what size unit I would need and then the following calls received from the advisors confirming what we had to do, were very helpful. You get a security code for the doors and you can come and go as you need, it’s bright, there are trollies and a lift. It has been a hassle free experience and I would defiantly use them again if we needed storage.

Really easy to set up for a unit and I had no problems while my things were there and didn't feel uneasy about them being there for months on end. When I wanted to cancel it was easy to do with just an email and the team were really nice.

Great storage unit space, used them for about a year to store excess furniture from a house move. Very easy to access whenever I need and very secure. Customer service were always easy to call if needed and would always pick up the phone / respond to emails immediately. Highly recommend.

Best storage experience, fantastic price It was my first time using storage so i made sure i rang around to see what was available and what the charges were. Let me just say one thing, i was blown away by the most friendliest and helpful customer service team i have ever come across. Believe me i spoke to alot of places and i felt like only Burton Uk Storage team really put my mind at ease. Not only that, when i rang up to change my dates around/unit size and if i had any questions, they were so polite and helpful. Also i found that the price they charge was fantastic and the CHEAPEST compared to all the others out there. The unit was the perfect size (recommended by the customer service assistant after telling them the kind of things i would be storing away). My storage unit and the whole site was nice and clean. I loved the fact there was 24/7 CCTV surveillence at the site too. The goods lift was the perfect size. Access was really easy. I felt like my belongings were left in good hands. A big thank you to the Burton Uk Storage team for making my house moving storage such a wonderful experience.

I’ve been a customer with a large unit since 2020 (mid pandemic) when I had to move out of a property with minimal notice. The team helped me source a unit and gave great advice about getting a cost effective deal. Fast forward to 2023 when I realise I have to deal with my stuff or risk becoming a fully accredited hoarder! When it became apparent I could not clear the whole unit in one go, I called up and the lovely team helped me come up with a solution, enabling me to move the remaining items to a much smaller unit right near to the original one. Great service and the people I spoke to were also kind and compassionate, which was really appreciated.

Had a great experience with UK Storage company. All the people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and easy to access. Plenty of parking outside, even a Gregs for a coffee break when unloading the van! I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely spotlessly clean and safe storage facility. Admin are fabulous and always available and nothing is too much trouble. Various sizes available and trollies always there to help you. Perfect! I moved all my stuff into a storage room here while I was redecorating and it was ideal - a really good price (and 50% off for the first several weeks!) and the place felt very secure with multiple keypad locks and security cameras, plus it was great to be able to access the building 24/7 and not only at limited office hours like some places. Everyone I spoke to about booking the room and then cancelling at the end was extra helpful and friendly. I'll definitely use the service again if I redecorate or move and have already recommended it to people.

I used uk storage company whilst moving house. The prices at time were the best on the market. They had a great selection of room sizes.
