I have been using UK Storage in Bridgwater for the past 18 months and the service has been excellent. The online reservation and check in service was quick, simple and completely hassle free. This was particularly important to me as I could move by belongings into the storage at a time that suited me rather than being constrained to weekdays and office hours. The premises were spotlessly clean and very well lit. I would highly recommend and will happily use UK Storage again if the need arises.

Smooth booking process by email initially and then phonecall with very helpful person. Easy to change initial start date-again by phone. Access code and lock collection worked first time. Large, clean first floor unit; trolleys and lift (goods only so be prepared to walk up and down stairs) were fine. Usually quiet late am weekdays, during busier times be flexible to share lift with others. Had unit for 3 months and storing house contents pre and post move really alleviated our stress! Good location off M5. Closing down account request 2 weeks notice but was also smooth and refund paid promptly. Thank you for great service.

I've used UK Storage for a number of years now. It started as somewhere to dump furniture during decorating and over time I've rented many different size of units. It was this positive experience that encouraged me to rent an office there for my company for a couple of years until I closed it. I would not hesitate to go back there again when the need arises. Extremely helpful staff, clean premises, multitude of room sizes for all occasions, even a free cuppa on arrival! The lift was also particularly exciting ^.^ but easy to use and they have all of the moving equipment (trolleys etc) there for you to use. As a naturally grumpy old lady I'd love to say there was something wrong, alas there was not and I would highly recommend them.

I dealt with the Bridgwater Branch and found the guys there Rich, Tom and Ben, to name just afew were efficient, polite and very helpful.
