Highly recommend We used uk storage last year and was extremely pleased with all the facilities. We needed facilities again this year and booked two units, but unfortunately due to circumstances was unable to use them. The team were very friendly and helpful in dealing with out booking and subsequent cancellation. We will need storage again soon and will definitely use UK Storage. We have needed storage at the Barnstaple site since February and have often changed the sizes of units and then cancelled them when no longer needed. Everyone I have spoken to has always been polite, professional and very helpful, especially when I wasn't even sure how much space we needed. The staff were very flexible and patient with me. The storage facility is always clean and tidy and there is plenty of parking. I would not hesitate to use the Barnstaple site again. I am most impressed that the phone is always answered within a few rings, something that hasn't happened much elsewhere since the pandemic hit. Highly recommended.

I suddenly had 1 week to downsize from a 4 bed 3 bathroom house to a teeny weeny little cottage. Enough to say that most of my bedroom furniture couldnt even get up the stairs. I was completely new to storage but fortunately my wonderful removal company talked me all through it. Signing up with UK Storage was totally easy and hassle free. When I arrived to take up my storage unit, I was blown away by the fact that the unit's are indoor, spotlessly clean and dry. A simple to operate security system is in place and lots of CCTV, so as a woman on my own I felt completely safe. The staff have been extremely helpful and have helped me understand what storage space I needed. Worth every penny and I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service. Very prompt in setting up contract and giving entry codes. Very clean storage. Pleanty of parking and able to reverse right up to entry doors to load/unload. Pleanty of trolleys available for transporting belongings. Workmen I met on site were really helpful and cheerful. Although I have never used a storage facility before so have nothing to compare it to I think it would be difficult to get better as they have thought of everything to make using the place easy. Would definitely recommend.

WOULD RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE COMPANY. Very easy and efficient service, clean and easy to use facility and great customer service when I did have to ring up with queries. It wasn't the cheapest facility I found but it's definitely worth it for the service and the fact that you know your goods are clean, dry, safe and easy to reach when you need to.

UK STORAGE AT BARNSTABLE - EASY TO ACCESS, VERY SECURE AND CLEAN. I needed to use UK Storage in Barnstable recently to store some items during a house move. I must admit I regarded the experience with a certain amount of trepidation. However, it was so simple to set up an account, with a constant feedback from the facility staff throughout the process, I was more than pleasantly surprised. Very convenient and dry storage. All is done remotely over the phone but this is very effective and not an issue. Be aware you have to purchase insurance for your locker and also a lock. These costs are small but worth being aware of.

UK STORAGE IS AN AWESOME SERVICE. The storage unit was dry and clean with adequate room for what I needed. The customer service was brilliant with the personnel answering the phone within a few seconds of ringing and speaking English which was a great comfort, rather than speaking to a foreign person at a call centre and having to traipse through an automated service. The security system at the property was great with coded doors to allow entry and CCTV. All in all, I was extremely happy with my whole experience with UK Storage and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. Well done UK Storage.

At first we were concerned that the lockups were not manned but after getting the emailed information we were pleasantly surprised that it was easy and hassle free to access the lock-up. The system used is easy and we had not problems putting our goods into the very clean, tidy and dry facilities. If we need to use storage again we will certainly use UK Storage as we felt confident our belongings were stored in safe, dry and clean conditions. Also all the staff we had contact with were professional and extremely polite and helped us with any queries we had. Highly recommend.

Decent choice if you need storage. I got a deal of 50% off for the first three months, which is great if you only need to use the facility in the short-term. The place was easy to access and I was lucky enough to have the unit nearest the entrance door (A102 - Barnstaple) so it was easy getting my stuff in and out. The units were inside a larger building rather than being individual shipping containers. They were totally secure, clean and well maintained, Every time I had to call the assistance number, the people on the end of the line were friendly and helpful, and dealt with my questions straight away. So, storage may not be the most exciting thing in everyone's lives, but when you need it, you need it quickly, efficiently and at a decent price. We used UK Storage's facility to bridge a gap between moving out of our old home and into our new one. The whole process was very simple, very flexible and the staff we spoke to we knowledgeable and very helpful. I we had to use storage again, I'd recommend these guys. The sites are unmanned, but PIN or phone call makes access really easy and importantly, we were very confident that our worldly possessions were secure.

My personal lock was in the pod and I was allset.
