Good facility, customer service is excellent

Excellent facility with excellent communication, security is fantastic, the rates are competitive and they offer some amazing deals as well. The place is always spotless and aside from the top floor being a little bit hot at times. the rest of the facility is wonderfully temperature controlled with lots of trollies available to use and a goods lift which makes everything more straight forward.

Couldn't fault them from start to finish. We moved In after hours ,everthing was as promised . Using the key code to be able to access our unit was invaluable as we both work. Great customer service,would recommend.

I’ve been a customer with a large unit since 2020 (mid pandemic) when I had to move out of a property with minimal notice. The team helped me source a unit and gave great advice about getting a cost effective deal. Fast forward to 2023 when I realise I have to deal with my stuff or risk becoming a fully accredited hoarder! When it became apparent I could not clear the whole unit in one go, I called up and the lovely team helped me come up with a solution, enabling me to move the remaining items to a much smaller unit right near to the original one. Great service and the people I spoke to were also kind and compassionate, which was really appreciated.

Very happy with the storage unit. Really satisfied with the price I have received. Easy to access the facility. Great customer service. They made the process really easy and clearly explained the process. Aidan Pouncy took the time to email me and make sure I was satisfied with the facilities and overall service. Would definitely recommend the company and definitely use them again in the future!

It was an amazing experience with thestoreroom Leeds. They have kept my belongings safe and secure for the whole time and the customer service was top notched. Totally recommended.
