Chose this for location primarily. Onboarding with UK Storage was excellent, great support. Had a tour round the facility with a support representative on the phone guiding me. This worked well and I got to look over everything I needed to. Initial discount is nice idea. Have visited my unit a few times now, easy access but very secure. Great trolley availability too.

Great secure facility, amazing customer service (Thanks Tom!!) simple easy to use. Have used several times in the past, booking is straight forward with no fuss, have already recommended to friends and family and have no hesitation in recommending again.

From the day we called the storage company they was always helpful answering the phones politely very friendly service from the staff could not fault them or the storage locker would definitely recommend them to anyone

The storage facilities were clean, convenient with ample space. Just what I needed for a house move while everything went through. When it came time to closing my account, it was very convenient with a 2 week notice period and a quick call to customer service to close where Aidan helped me out with any queries I had. Just watch out for some hidden fees such as the £15 clean up fee (place was very clean when I left it so feel like this is unjustified) and the £15 padlock that you have to buy which is pretty exclusive to their doors and can't be used after.. Other than that, great experience

Quite a stressful house move was made that bit sweeter with the helpfulness of these guys. Such a straightforward process, the units, trolleys, hallways and entrance are very clean. Parking is so convenient. For our first experience of using a storage unit, you’ve made it a great one. Special mention to Max for our check in, Chelsea for her help during our stay, and Aiden for our check out, also for the refund - thank you all so much.. I hope we don’t need to use a storage unit in this way again, but I would throughly recommend you to anyone! 😁

Such a friendly and very responsive company, they were able to advise on size and understood what was needed for our specific requirements. We had a small snag with a missing lock but it was resolved within minutes and to everybody's satisfaction. The building is secure and in a good location.

Excellent storage company and experience using them. I phoned to enquire about a small storage unit and the staff were very helpful. They explained everything clearly and then sent follow up/check-in details in an email. Additionally, they offer great value for money.

I used UK Storage Ince,Wigan for a month before Christmas to store our household possessions as we were moving house and needed to move out before our new house was ready. Becca and Emma were fabulous and the storage unit was shown to me before I committed to Hire. It was spotlessly clean with 24hour access if required., they even go to the trouble of putting in a toilet which was very clean and tidy and useful on a couple of occasions. I can recommend UK Storage to anyone that needs storage and the price was unbeatable. Very Thankful Brian J.

UK storage Ince wigan, was easy booking and access with code was easy I would definitely recommend and get again if needed

We used this storage company to store our full house when our landlord had given us our notice, the 1st 12 weeks price was very good for the size of the unit we had after that the price doubled and we were paying near enough £300 a month which is expensive, the storage units aren't manned but everything is safe and there is CCTV, if you need a unit for 12 weeks I would recommend if you need it for longer i would shop around and see if you can get it cheaper.

From the very first contact I was treated like a guest, not a customer. The whole experience was made simple and easy. The actual storage units are much much better than I thought. Modern, pest controlled, temperature controlled and no fuss 24 hour access , I can't recommend this company enough . One Happy Guest.
