Excellent customer service both over the phone and when I got to the location in Yate after kindly being transferred from the Taunton site. I was so impressed by the exceptional good manners of all the staff I spoke to from the Bridgewater head office. I would like to Thank Jo, Max, Erin, and this morning I spoke to Joshua and also received an email from John Lamb. I know this may seem like a big deal it’s just “storage” , with the many stresses of life in the modern world and moving, to have the support of a storage company and much needed assurance that our belongings will be kept safe is an absolute blessing! Thanks be God forever for the good folks I’ve mentioned above. I will be putting each and every single one on my daily well wishes prayer list! And yes I do pray. A little prayer goes a long way! I used UK Storage in between house moves and I have been exceptionally pleased with them. Their rates are amazing and the storage unit is spacious and clean. On the day we arrived I need a bigger unit than booked but it was not an issue and they talked me through everything on the phone. Would highly recommend

Good value Storage and out of the clean air zone so that’s a bonus, just need barrows with sides on for mattresses and sofas and wardrobes

Awesome experience! From booking the storage, all the way to vacating the unit, I've had nothing but good customer service and on-site experience. Trolleys are provided, and the door, lifts, and passageways are wide enough to allow free movement. I would definitely use this company again.
