Store your belongings securely with us

With a large, secure car park outside the facility, there is plenty of off-road parking and easy access for large removals lorries and vans should you need it. Some customers rope their friends into helping so that they can transport their items in lots of cars. If you do, that’s not an issue as there’s plenty of parking space on site. There are two sets of loading doors allowing multiple people to be loading and unloading at the same time. Inside the building there are plenty of trollies for you to use, free of charge and a goods lift to take your goods to the upper floors. So there is no need for any heavy lifting or carrying.

You can store with us for as little as fourteen days (our smallest units have a minimum term of 28 days in order to qualify for the introductory offer), all payments are four-weekly and if you use less, the rent you don’t use is refunded back to you. You can start storing any time you want as long as we have availability, and when it comes time to leave we only require 14 days notice, which you can give verbally or by email. If you did want to be billed monthly, with the same recurring date each month for your direct debit, just let us know when you start storing and we can arrange that for you.

We are based at Latchmore Park, Latchmore Road in Holbeck, Leeds. We are just by Junction 2 of the M621, on the other side of the motorway from Leeds United football ground at Elland Road. The easy way to get to us is down Gelderd Road.

You can start using your storage unit any time of day or night, just fill out your details online and pay for your first four weeks and you could be using your storage within the hour – as long as we have availability. If you are looking further ahead, you can reserve your room so that it’s ready when you are – even if you haven’t got a firm date at this point.

You have free access to your storage unit seven days a week, even on bank holidays. Should you want to access your goods outside of our normal access hours, we can enable your code to grant you either extended hours or 24-hour access, which is only a small cost to cover out-of-hours overheads. You can add this at any point during your stay and turn it off when you no longer need it. This is often used for people working shifts or if they have to arrive late after moving from far away. Likewise, some people just add it when they are moving out so that their removals company can start early if they’ve got a long way to travel.

We offer a specialised protection plan designed exclusively for self storage. This enhanced liability protection covers a wider range of risks than a standard household insurance and provides extra security for your valuable belongings should the unexpected occur. Your coverage remains valid while your items are stored inside your designated unit.

Please note: the policy does not cover loading, unloading, or transit periods. As this insurance is separate from your household policy, any claim will not impact your home insurance premium or any no-claims discount you’ve earned.

We closely watch what our competitors are charging and aim to offer the best storage at the best price. We do understand that occasionally we might miss a competitor’s promotion so if you do receive a better quote from another storage company, just call us and we will match their price.

With a perimeter fence and digitally recorded CCTV both inside and outside the storage facility, we can give you peace of mind that your items will be safe with us. Our special access security software tracks all movements in and out of the storage facility preventing any unauthorised access to the storage units. Each customer has their own keycode entry through the security gates and the electronic doors to the facility. We are the only company that keeps their gates and doors closed at all times – only allowing access to customers or for showing customers around when the CCTV is being actively monitored. If you would like to have a look around, please call down to the site and call the number on the gate. On your room itself, we use a special barrel lock adding that extra layer of security. This is a one-off purchase and is yours to keep when you leave or you can pass it on to a friend or family member to use should they need a storage unit.

Businesses store with us because we only have a 14-day minimum storage commitment, you can change size without penalty and your goods are safe inside a modern self storage facility. We have trolleys and a lift so there is no need to carry heavy goods and you can sort through your company’s materials without being exposed to the elements.

From the size of a small shed up to double garage size, we can cater for all storage needs. From luggage storage, and one or two items of furniture, up to the contents of a 5 or 6+ bedroom house, we have units that can hold the lot. You don’t want to be paying for space you don’t use, so we have a variety of sizes to suit. If you are a business or someone decluttering, you can move between sizes without penalty, especially as stock levels fluctuate with demand.
