UK storage supplied me a unit within the hour of my phone call. I was in the middle of buying a house but the completion date was moved by two weeks and I'd stupidly had over my rented property leaving me homeless with a house full o furniture. I'd used the storage before when I moved two years ago and they were as good this time around as they were last time. It was a bank holiday and the price was worth it for short term rent, and CCTVso your belongings are 100% safe. The staff were amazing too, from payment to the door codes within the hour. A massive plus its 24 hours allowing us to empty our house while we continued to work, even bigger bonus was when we finally got the keys to our home we didn't have to rush moving in. I WILL ONLY EVER USE UK STORAGE - ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A GREAT TEAM Having never used a storage facility before, it was a little daunting to say the least, especially as we were looking to store the complete contents of a 3-bed house. From the first conversation, I was made to feel comfortable. They recommended a certain sized unit and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The facility was spotlessly clean and well organised with plenty of trollies at the entrance to make light work. The unit felt very secure indeed with CCTV cameras to protect our worldly items. I had to phone their team on several occasions and the phone was answered immediately by a member of the team who actually enjoys their job! Access into the storage facility is be secure key code and you have your own personal lock for the actual unit inside. Next time we need storage, it will be UK Storage for us, without question. Clean and tidy facility and individual unit. Usual access is office hours, but you can make arrangements for any time 24/7 with a phone call. Cctv everywhere so you and your gear are safe. While the units didn't feel heated, the temperature is fairly constant, so no indication of any extreme temperature fluctuations or damp. Gated carpark and electronic gate and door lock so very secure. Highly recommended

A very clean and convenient storage unit to use. At first I was a little concerned that it was an unmanned site but in fact this was never an issue. I had the unit for a couple of years and never had a problem with access, parking or the site being clean and secure. Trolleys and lifts were always available. Setting up the unit was very easy and when I realised I had initially booked the wrong size and needed to change it a quick phone call was all it took to get an immediate change. Ending the contract was equally painless. I would use them again if needed.

Do go for a ground floor option if you can, it made life much easier. Price definitely wasn't the cheapest but offered value for money for my needs. Finally closed my unit this month. The account closing process was seamless and my part-month refund happened on time. Happy to recommend here. Even better if you try to use the offer period rather than keep it for ages like I did as prices did creep up over time.

I’ve been a customer with a large unit since 2020 (mid pandemic) when I had to move out of a property with minimal notice. The team helped me source a unit and gave great advice about getting a cost effective deal. Fast forward to 2023 when I realise I have to deal with my stuff or risk becoming a fully accredited hoarder! When it became apparent I could not clear the whole unit in one go, I called up and the lovely team helped me come up with a solution, enabling me to move the remaining items to a much smaller unit right near to the original one. Great service and the people I spoke to were also kind and compassionate, which was really appreciated.

Self-serviced storage eiminates necessity of having it staffed but at the same time with lovely and easily reachable cusstomer service, which on the other hand reduces cost of storaging for customers. I needed it only for quick house move but highly recommend the place. Great communication and quick email response/confirmation of any action needed.
