- HM Armed Forces Veterans holding a valid ID card
To receive your 15% discount on storage rental, simply email a scan or photo of your valid service ID card to our Customer Service team admin@ukstoragecompany.co.uk. Once verified, this discount will be applied to your account, on top of any other introductory offers currently available.
Our Discount Details
- Discount of 15% off continuous storage rental, applicable after any introductory offer periods.
- Introductory offers: Enjoy an additional introductory discount, such as 50% off for the first 8 weeks, followed by a 15% continuous discount.
- Discounts apply to the cost of the storage unit rental only and exclude insurance and additional services.
Please note, if you reserve online, the initial quote will not show the discount; however, it will be adjusted and applied to your account once your ID is verified by our team.
Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: The discount is exclusively for full-time employees or registered members of the Armed Forces, NHS, or Emergency Services. Eligible participants must submit proof via email for verification.
- Discount Validity: The discount is valid for every new rental agreement and is applicable to the storage unit rental fee only. This offer does not include insurance, packing materials, or other ancillary charges.
- Offer Availability: Subject to storage unit availability. Not all sizes or types of storage may be eligible for discounts.
- ID Verification: Participants are required to email a valid ID for verification. If additional identification is needed, participants will be contacted directly.
- Combining Offers: This discount cannot be combined with other ongoing offers except for introductory discounts as specified.
- Reservation Process: Discounts are not automatically applied to online reservations and must be confirmed upon ID verification.
- Withdrawal Rights: UK Storage reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. The manager’s decision is final in cases of dispute.
